Key Responsibilities
Development Administration
- Provide administrative support for property development projects.
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and project team.
- Maintain proper filing of project documents, drawings, and contracts.
- Prepare letters, reports, and meeting minutes.
- Assist in follow-up on approvals, submissions, and project documentation.
Leasing Administration
- Prepare tenancy agreements, offer letters, and leasing documents.
- Maintain tenant database and lease records.
- Monitor lease expiry dates and renewal schedules.
- Follow up with prospective tenants and leasing enquiries.
- Assist the leasing team in leasing activities and documentation.
Property Administration
- Maintain tenant records and property documentation.
- Handle tenant correspondence, notices, and letters.
- Coordinate tenant move-in and handover process.
- Assist in handling tenant feedback or maintenance requests.
- Coordinate with building management and contractors if needed.
Reporting & Documentation
- Prepare leasing status reports and occupancy reports.
- Maintain proper filing system for development and leasing documents.
- Track rental payments, invoices, and related records.
Skills & Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Property Management, or related field.
- Good administration and documentation skills.
- Strong communication and coordination ability.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and documentation management.
- Organized, responsible, and able to handle multiple tasks.
