Executive Director
Mr. Thomas Yeo leads YKL Capital’s property development business with a vision centred on long-term ownership, professional management, and sustainable growth.
Under his leadership, YKL Capital has pioneered Muar’s rental-focused commercial ownership model and delivered landmark developments such as The HUB Business Park—one of the region’s largest lease-only commercial business parks.
His hands-on approach ensures every project delivers lasting quality, operational excellence, and meaningful community impact.
